cap power rating

is using 600v caps in place of 350v gonna make any noticeable difference in tone or response.. working on deluxe reverb..thanks in advance ..

No.

350v seems low for a Deluxe anyways. It might have been ok but depended on the rectifier warming slowly and other tubes working to avoid unloaded voltage. Today it’s cheaper and smart to go higher.
