The crescent shaped biscuits are a cool touch IMHO.

And no, I don’t know how many pieces of plywood you ruin until you get the depth of the kerfs right...

We have proven once again no plan survives contact with the enemy, or in this case, with the amp.

That was cool stuff.  However, I get the feeling like this isn't his first rodeo.  That was some serious crafting!

True that.  One issue is that the outer laminate layer may crack over time.  I know of 2 other ways.

Rip a number of side pieces, with angled sides, say 22.5 degrees, and piece them together for a curved side.  I saw speaker box plans in a 1950's magazine for this.

All over Pinterest is another technique; it helps to have a CNC machine.  Make a template to rout out the footprint shape of the box on 3/4" Baltic birch plywood or MDF.  Cut a number of these shapes, stack & glue them.  E.g.:  https://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=1292661&start=80

Kind of the cheap way to do it.  You'd get much better results laminating veneers around a form.  Not much point, though, if you are going to cover it with Tolex - just cut the corners with a big router bit.  Or, if you want a radius really big, use a spindle shaper.  You might need to reinforce the corner, of course.

Thanks Chip, Got me thinking about rehousing an amp.

This is a cigarbox guitar amp and I was keeping it in the rustic theme.
I been trying to sell it but no takers.
So curved retro edges might be more appealing.
