the one on the right looks like a 1/4" jack, the one on the left might be some type of switch, or pot.

There is another one of those in the upper RH corner of the full schematic.    it is similar to the way the draftsman drew the capacitors.


it could also be a type of socket.

I'll buy a slider switch on the right part, but a center taped cap is iffy.

I'm guessing M1 might be Mic?

Stereo ceramic phono cartridge on the left. Mono/Stereo switch on the right.
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!
