I use it occasionally to make drilling templates and faceplate mockups. I find it easy to use. I'm probably a version or two behind the current one though.

I am NOT a CAD expert and I found it easy to learn and use for these simple purposes. I can't speak at all to its advanced features that a CAD pro would expect.
