Hello everyone, hope you's are doing marvelously well!

I'm a guitarist that is interested in building amps. Back in the late 80's I heard Van Halen and was bitten by the hair metal bug when it was popular at the time. I hate to admit it but I'm still on that train. I just love the guitar playing and those hot rodded marshalls that were used back then. So much so, I decided to build my own Plexi clone as close to Eddie's one as humanly possible. It's a 12000 '68 Plexi and sounds great.

But I'm a bit of a hack. So I'm going over what I learnt with the Plexi and applying it to my next projects: building Fender tweed amps. My next build will either be a 5e3 or 6G3. In all honesty I want to work my way up to a Soldano SLO 100.

My fave players are Eddie, Lynch, Satriani, Vai and Warren Demartini. But I also love Plini, Abasi, synthwave, U2, Foals and Bloc Party. Fave guitar is Les Paul R4.
