       new here, been playing guitar 15 years or so, and have been dabbling with electronics for probably about half of that, off and on (guitar pedals, took an electronics class a decade or so ago which i guess got me interested... or was it the other way around?? too much smoke up there to remember...)

       i am confident in creating a simple boost or distortion from scratch, but would need to follow a schematic for anything more complex (have breadboarded a few more complex pedals successfully).

     here to learn and grow, and hopefully not blow myself up.
