Hello from the midwest

Hello everyone! I've lurked here on and off through the years and decided to finally register. I have a mid 70's Silverface Vibrovhamp that I went through and added a three prong power cord, replaced the filter cap, and replaced the electrolytic caps in this year. Because the voltages were the typical high silverface ones I replaced the can cap with a 20/20/20/20 and added a 1K/10W resistor from the first to second cap to drop the voltages to more reasonable levels. Now it's closer to blackface voltages and I have the 6V6 biased to right at 12W. Need to replace the original speaker though.

I've built a few HiFi amps from scratch as well and nearly have all the parts for RobRobs Micro Bassman, but still very much a newb. Gonna continue to read and learn, but I'd really like to have a Deluxe Reverb with no tremolo and Sluckey's Dual Lite interests me, although I like the sound of the Spitfire more than the Lightning or AC15. Add reverb, MV, and an effects loop to that amp and I think I'd be pretty happy.
