Need help troubleshooting crate amp

Purchased a crate vtx200sh that seemed to work fine in the store,crackly but the cab was junk and cable wasn’t a speaker cable. Worked for 5. Minutes at home now it’s clearly giving me an error code, the tap button is flashing three times over and over,does anyone know what this means?

Are you getting any sound out at all? Or just nothing,

If you say the pots were crackly, maybe the tap button is a bit sticky too, might be as simple as that, just a bit of cleaning

But I would want the shop to do that, it should have been sold as working?

The manual has a section on that buttons uses, it perhaps could be factory reset?
