Z meter

I have a Sencore LC53 Z meter that i use for testing caps.  It's a very useful tool for testing leakage because it applies voltage to the cap under test. I should say that it used to because ever since I tested an  ac motor run electrolytic it seems to have damaged the meter. I am getting no applied voltage an any dial setting when testing for leakage. Everything else works fine. There is an inline fuse in the positive voltage lead but this is still good. Anyone have any ideas on where to start looking? Thanks in advance.

 Thanks P.R.R.  I have all the manuals and schematics for it. I traced the problem out to a burned switch contact. A bear to get to but now it works again.
