how far apart should the whole be for sockets 8 pin and 9 pin there must be a standerd???   mark

Those are generally specified on the data sheet for the tube in question, as well as orientation information and horizontal/vertical mounting considerations.

not exactly what im asking i just want to know how far apart to make guide holes so i can drill out holes for a tube socket looks to my with my calapier for the screw holes 1 1/8 apart then drill in center a 3/4 inch hole  so   0---<.5675>---0--<.5675>---0  for a 9 pin socket

There may be a standard (PRR may know) but I don't. My suggestion would be to get the sockets (first) and measure them with said calipers and have at it! My luck usually like this: Buy a mess of parts- assUme that there's a standard, mark-slice-dice... get parts, attempt to mount allegedly standard parts (mechanically- not agriculturally speaking here) ... exercise my sailors' vocabulary describing the imagined geneology, personal habits, and other shortcomings of the vendor and parts suppliers... and finally realize that it was my own intransigence and impatience all along. New and NOS parts are from all over- so it's a crap shoot whether the parts are 'Murkin Made, 'Occupied Japanese' King Kong, or Siamese made. 

Fat lot of help I am... but I can understand you wanting to make metal shavings while the friendly guy in the brown van is still bringing those coveted bits and bobs from Dumptruck Egypt- so you can pop 'em all in and voi-laaah! ... instead of OH, SHHHiiii....!

Mount screw width and socket hole diameter is whatever the sockets you have happen to be

I guess my point was:  If there's a spec, it's listed on the data sheet.  KT88/6550, for example, recommends 4" center-to-center spacing.  If there's no data sheet spec, then there's no standard.  Put them where it's convenient, based on wiring requirements and available chassis real estate.
