1N4003 (that's a "one").

Google it.

No, 1N4003 is not the same-as 1N4007.

Mark,

current rating is the same in the 1N400x series (1A), peak inverse VOLTAGE rating is different. 1N4007 is 1000PIV, 1N4003 is less. (400PIV?, don't quote me as being spot-on without checking first.)

Why not quit guessing and do as PRR suggested? No one has mentioned the correct PIV rating for a 1N4003 yet.
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

Ok, I went and looked it up, everything I saw pointed to 200PIV. (LOL... I was in error, I'm glad I stated the "don't quote me as being spot-on without checking first.")

Just for those who are curious, after searching for "1n4003 specs" I found this:

http://www.nteinc.com/specs/original/1N4001_07.pdf

Specifies ratings for 1N4001 thru 1N4007.  PIV (RMS & DC), Current (Surge & Average), etc.
