Vintage Andre amp?

There is a 69or so Andre amp for sale in local paper here. It's got tremolo and reverb, anyone have any info or dealing with these amps? I understand this amp is from a guy who designed amps for ampeg way back

I can only find one reference to anything from Andre Audio. I've never heard of it before now.

Since there is probably zero collector market for it, the amp is worth whatever you agree to pay the seller.
