These pics show parts loaded into the holes
Note that I moved the internal capacitor mounting holes back so that Marshall style indicator lamps will fit without being too close to the capacitor

I'd like to have a company make a face plate for my stout. Is the image in this thread able to be used as a faceplate template? Are the dimensions and hole locations accurate? I don't trust myself to measure accurately.

The drawings are ok, they are just here for illustrations

Better to have Mojo make the face plate because they make the chassis and already have the exact measurements

Does anyone make a head box for this built into
 the Plexi 6v6?

Mojo's cabinet shop can make it

It would be around $200 though

Seems like a bunch on money for such a small box

I am considering making a custom faceplate through bnplasers.  What are the center-to-center spacings for the holes on the front of the chassis, as well as distance from chassis top and/or bottom edge?  I didn't see this on any of the above diagrams.
Thanks!

will do...I've imported your PDF into Corel Draw and going from there.  I'll post the measurements once I get it exact.

The faceplate is easy
All the holes are a standard size and the distance between each one is the same

After some inspection I noticed the grid lines in your images are spaced at 1/16 of an inch, so that makes it easy as well.

Thanks again...this is a solid chassis and perfect for my build.

I have some pages on my web site that let you click on an amp image and it will take you to that catalog page

This one lets you click on a Fender Chassis image
https://hoffmanamps.com/MyStore/catalog/photoshop.htm

This one lets you click on a Hoffman Stout Chassis image
https://hoffmanamps.com/MyStore/catalog/StoutChassis.htm

According to the interweb, IE has issues with SVG images
Chrome and Firefox are working ok on the two pages above, but IE is not quite right
Not sure about other browsers
You can post here if you info to report about the two pages above

Here's a couple shots of the Stout chassis in cabinets
A forum member made the cabinets
I designed and cut the front panel cutouts on my CNC

I know who made that cab I have one just like it he built for me back in 2015, that I am finally getting ready to start (been a tough past few years with work and surgery's).  That's what the parts order was for yesterday some of the items I lost or miss placed.
I really like the cut outs you did on the front.  Looks great.
