Title: Blues Jr Conversion Line Out
Post by: HARodgers on February 10, 2018, 11:57:01 am
Hi,
I was just wondering if it was possible to use the second output jack on the blues junior conversion as a line out (to record into a USB audio interface) and if so, what resistor values I would need for this and which lugs I would connect the resistors to?

Also, is it possible to swap the "Meat" control for a presence control, and if so, how would I go about doing this?

Cheers in advance for any help

(Sorry if I've posted this is in the wrong place!)

It sounds like you have two speaker jacks.  If so, attached is a typical line out arrangement.

The meat control can easily be converted to a presence control as attached.

That is absolutely perfect - thankyou!

Would i need any extra resistors to replace the variable that would have been the meat control, or could I use a trimpot to have an internal meat control?

The meat control is gone because we swapped it for a presence control.
