Are these resistors ok?

I was finsihing a mod the other day, thanks to the forum. I've always noticed 2 resisitors that looked odd




I sent pictures -


You'll see a 100 k ( Br. Bl Yel) that has this orange item on the end


The other is  a 220 k ( R R Yel) with a dark spot




Should they both be replaced?

The 100k yellow blob just looks like a flux blob from soldering
That's fine

In fact you can take a tool and pop all those flux blobs off your board

Hard to tell from the picture, they are kind of small
Measure the 220k with one end lifted and see what the value is

I decided to go for anyway. The orange stuff was kind of crusty coming out the end. Both tested ok , out of the box. No harm anyway

The orange stuff looks exactly like all the other orange stuff on that board


Those are flux blobs from the solder

The flux blobs, pool of solder with question part connections, and the burn on the end of the 100kΩ resistor all really tell you someone got in there who didn't have too much prior experience soldering. All the parts are probably fine as they were, though I'm always uncomfortable seeing solder blobs wider than the eyelet where the component leads are inserted (added chance for short-circuit of the adjacent eyelet isn't supposed to be connected).

I looked at the amp again because of that silvery mess in picture 172133. That silvery mess is a flash reflection. It's really no there , but thanks for heads up that made me look again
