Stay Toon'd Tremolo Claw

Stay Toon'd Tremolo Claw, has anybody tried this? It's supposed to keep the other strings from going flat when you bend a string. I don't see how it would work. Has the springs under different tensions using 2 claws.   

He doesn't explain the reason for 2 separate claws with 2 different tensions on their springs and why/what they do that's different than 1 claw. And he doesn't really explain how to set it up/adjust it and why you would adjust it the way he say's to adjust.
