Some of the quick change bit tools have slop in them or they require two hands to change the bit
The one I listed has excellent reviews

Yes, with any of these quick change set ups, you have to find ones with no slop.

The nice thing about what I posted is that you just flip between drill bit for the screws pilot hole and the screw driver bit. You can install a lot of screws very quickly with that set up.
