Mesa Mark V Repair

I am having trouble with the 45watt output mode of my Mark V. It is still under warranty but I wanted to see if I could detect the obvious. The schematic I have for it is dated March 10, 2009. Is there an update to it. The Power Amp section of the schematic incorrectly labels the power tubes as V7-11. The correct labeling should be V8-V11. Of course the only section I need is the section that is incorrect. Also, if you know anything about the labeling of the relays in that section e.g., RYSE2, RYSE3, RESE4, RYSM, RY-FB, RYTP2, RY100.

If it's under warranty, I'd take it back to the store or to an authorized warranty center.

You don't want to void your warranty by poking around. I'd also personally pitch a fit and demand a replacement amp if they do like some repair shops in music stores and have your amp sitting for a couple months before they even get a look inside (which is why you want to take it where you bought it). Remember, while under warranty, it's their problem, and you do not have to sit around and wait on them; you can get your money back.

Be sure you can replicate the problem in front of the repairman when you take it back.

Those amps are intensely complicated and TROUBLE to work on. I suggest sending it to Boogie.There are very few repair techs that can successfully work on them.

I totally agree with phsyconoodler , these amps are very difficult to work on and since it is under warranty the best thing you could possible do is take it to a AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.
