BluezMeister 6G16

Guys,  do you think this vibrato idea would work?

I think maybe Tubeswell or someone used a mosfet in his vibrato?

The other question I have is the intensity pot (ground) with the cathode biased idea instead of the fixed biased?

I really like the richness of the "clean" on the Tweed BluezMeister and thought it might be cool to have reverb and vibrato with it. Plus the PAB and the midboost are very nice features.

That should work. And no problem using it on a cathode biased amp.
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

Yes I think your right.

He posted his schemo for it here somewhere before.

Hey T, Its nice having both Vibrato and Reverb on board if you have the room, especially Vibrato (low part count). I was not really interested in having it in a build but the Fi Sonic changed my thinking.

It seems that a lot of the early amp builders here had it plugged into the PREAMP.

I'm sure you may have already thought of robbing half a triode from the reverb. To me a one tube reverb has always been enough or even consider a Pentode/triode for the reverb.  :icon_biggrin:

Yeah, the first schematic I drew was the "one tube reverb". I posted the "2nd" one I drew.  And I have thought of using a 6BM8 reverb.
