5725 pentode

Anyone built an amp using this 5725 tube?  And if so,  ........... how'd you like it?

Looking at ebay,  they seem to go for $3-$5 range.  Might be another nice alternative to the 5879?

There are quite a few amps built with the 5725 over at the Wattkins forum, look up the Thrifty, Pushy, Tone Dawg Croaker, etc.

From GE tube book, says it's 5 star tube;

Dual-Control RF Pentode (Special 6AS6)

6.3v @ 0.175A for heater

Max plate volts; 200, max plate watts; 1.55

Max screen volts; 155, max screen watts; 0.75
