You guys don't have to stick to SE designs to get the lower power output; Marshall has at least one new amp (maybe several) on their website with push-pull EL34's for a rated 20w RMS.

Assume it also means lower supply voltage and cathode biasing.

I'm just trying to make the best use of my little SE OTs.   :l2:

Also around 10W from a 250V B+ is plenty of power for a home practice amp.   :icon_biggrin:

If I use 2 EL34s I want to get around 50W output for a real gig-able amp.   :dontknow:
