Gotta like the super-fly sound track.

Surprising the owners let him fly that close.

I kept waiting for him to start using the rotor for some topiary work!

How does one practice this stuff?

A race car driver practices on a race track they hit the wall spin out and get to try again

This brave soul only gets one bump on the ground or trees with the rotors

Make me wonder if there was a little CGI involved.

It all looks like remote controlled model flying to me, and shot in slow motion to handle scale issues. I was trying hard to see the pilot inside, but I couldn't. Like Carl Sagan said "extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence".

I would've lost my lunch approximately 30 seconds into that flight!
I, too, thought it might  be a R/ C model, but I did see the pilot in his orange jump suit mid-flight.  This guy must have THOUSANDS of yours in rotor craft; it's like a second skin to him.

Someone gave the cops here in Frankfurt one of those, but nothing ever happens here, so they just seem to end up chasing dog owners on the river front who have let their dogs off the leash... happens to me quite a lot.
I found the video below about the same helicopter. You can hear German pilots talking technical, something about titanium hinges at zero.something seconds:

That dude is just straight up a nut job , I would not only not fly with the dude I wouldn't want to be within 100 miles of where he is flying.

Yeah, high risk stuff alright, but on a no-wind day it would be easier than a gusty day.  The guy knows his machine's capabilities, ( and his own) and just pushes the envelope.  And I'll bet he's having a ball doing it!
Low level flying in a conventional fixed wing airplane, dodging trees and utility poles, is fun, but the old saying; no old/bold pilot's.
I'll never figure this out......
