I bought a batch of THIS.  Its excellent stuff, if you (like me) like using Teflon wire.

Teflon wire is great; but without a thermal stripped, it's a major PITA.

My favorite: Belden 8451. Two conductors, shield and a drain. Mouser caries it.

I like Belden 8451 as well. Very easy to work with. Belden 9451 is another type that's essentially the same thing. Having torn out several analog studios, I acquired loads and loads of 8451, most of which I've used up.

And by the way, the stripped-off jacket of 8451 is almost as useful as the cable itself. Save it in a medicine bottle for temporary (and permanent) insulation on soldered splices. I have 25-year old connections insulated with 8451 jacket. Perfect. Make just a slightly blobby solder connection in the middle of a "butt" connection; or a normal solder joint on a "V" type splice and the jacketing is just the perfect diameter to hold itself in place. I think in most cases it is actually superior to using heatshrink. Thicker, reusuable, removable/replacable.....and FREE.
