Cool!

In case anyone wants to add it to winamp as a radio station, open this url
http://stardust.wavestreamer.com:3769/

Then save to your favorite playlist ot create a new playlist
They also have a playlist file you can download and open in winamp

I gave the station a listen for a while yesterday.

It started off with a cool guitar instrumental.
Then 6 songs about getting arrested in Ga, trying to find a girl on a mountain, crap about love, etc.

I have to find a station with less singing, more playing.

Have you ever tried Pandora? You can create your own stations by "seeding" them with some favourites, and as it plays more you "teach" it what you like with a thumbs up or down.

I've tried Pandora.  Apparently no one else sounds like The Mermen or The Friends of Dean Martinez.  :(

I forgot about it, but yes, I have Pandora.

It's the best yet at playing stuff you may like.

It's a bit of the pain to keep running back and forth to the computer while I work to say Yes or No to the song playing.
If you have the time,  it does seem to work well, as far as nailing down personal preferences.

One of the main genre's I like is guitar instrumental stuff and so the stable of artist are a bit thin compared to most other genre's.

You're right about having to "vote" being a pain sometimes. I do love how when I tell it "no" (especially when it plays Jethro Tull) it will 99% of the time play something from my favourite artists by way of an apology.

Pandora doesn't seem to have everything.  Only two albums from The Mermen.

Anybody tried Slacker?
