Jeff Beck - How high the moon
« on: January 20, 2011, 05:45:37 pm »
A tribute to Les paul and Mary Ford.

I have listened to the original 100's of times and can't get enough.
This is an awesome cover by Jeff Beck and Imdela may

And you can watch in HD which is cool.

The bass player rules!

Check out this cool video of Les and Mary showing how they did the multi tracking parts for how high the moon
Hang in there till the 5:28 mark

They sounded better at the Grammys last year.  The mix in that one was awful (Jeff's too loud, and believe me I wouldn't often say that!), and his tone was too crunchy.  Les Paul was NEVER crunchy.  Still sounded good, though.
