Sherwood S-7910 Just got ...how do you use ARS?

Have mercy guys, I know it's not a guitar amp, but I'll be listening to guitar on it.  Any idea how to work this thing??

Besides the normal stuff on the back there is a section with one switch and eight rca jacks that reads like this: (Title) 4 channel adpt.  (Which seems to include) 1 separate-norm switch.  2 rca inputs main in; 2 rca inputs pre out; 2 rca inputs out; 2 rca inputs in.

Also mon. rca's for the tape section.  A FM 4channal adpt plug in.  A sensitivity switch for high- med -low

Besides the normal stuff on the front there are switches for: monitor 1 or monitor 2 ; Dubbing 1+2 or dubbing 2+1  Also for speaker configurations I have the norm: A,.B,  A+B; then also for  ARS.   Also in the FM section a 4 channel adapter button
