I thought a 1964 Tremolux would be a AA763 circuit. There is one locally listed as 1964 AB763. Is this right? I dont think so / I may grab it

Don't be telling us about such a nice juicy score without extensive follow up, Plexi!

It would be easy enough to compare schematics.....
But you Fender gurus can educate me. Would there likely be much difference. Do not the schem numbers indicate the changes occurred during the same month AND year.?
To the OP....nice amp. Compared to other Fenders of the same era, I do not see many Tremolux for sale.
Best

Let me be the first to say you're crazy not to snag it. Top & bottom? Or just the head?

Damn...my first "real" amp was a '63 Tremolux piggy back model w/ tilt back legs, 2-10"s...I got it from Fullerton Music on Harbor Blvd right down the street from Leo's shop. I loved it but not too long afterwards amps were coming out with master volume and gain controls, Boogies were on the scene and high gain was in. I then hated that amp 'cause it didn't do high gain for high school gigs. Effects pedals were in their infancy so no help there either. If I only knew then what I do now?
To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism. To steal from many is research.
