Frankenstein Guitars

Anyone care to share pictures and/or stories of your "Frankenstein" guitar experiments- guitars made from various components, not necessarily intended to work together? My offering:

Aria ProII "Thor Sound" neck from the 70's spliced into a generic Telecaster body (a regular guitar body, not bass),  with two Bartolini "Hi-A" pups, Schaller roller bridge, LP jack plate, vintage communications knobs, junk drawer pots and cap.  The Aria neck was a medium scale, so it fit right into the body.  It balances well, with good action and tone. I'd had most of the parts laying around for years, but I did have to buy the bridge- it was the only one that I could get with proper spacing.  most of the parts were already "distressed" so it actually looks like a 35 year old instrument.

Incredibly cool. Love these stories. I probably never had a guitar I didn't fiddle with. Will have to look for pictures.
