I recorded a live version of my original tune, Hand of Shiva

Well, after 4 takes and a few brews, this is what I came up with

The playing is great! Sounds very cool.  Looks like you were having fun with it too!

Are those DiMarzio pickups? What kind is the neck pickup?


The video kind of jumps and so it doesn't show your fingers moving on the fretboard. In other words, it looked like a strobe light slide show instead of a video.  Maybe that is my computer or internet connection???

Maybe it's your internet speed?
It's playing at 720P HD which takes a healthy download speed.
Sometimes I get goofy playback issues and have to stop and start the playback to fix it.

Go to youtube and watch it
Right click on the video above and choose watch on youtube

On youtube, you can click on the video quality
Change it to see if that helps
you can choose 720P, 480P, 360P or 240P
Let me know if a slower speed fixes the problem

I tried typing in Hand of Shiva on U-toob and it pulled it right and it played great! No problems.  I didn't even have to adjust
the speed. Not sure why it didn't originally play right?

Nice playing. You were all over the neck of that guitar playing some pretty quick riffs and sure made it look easy.
 

That's a really nice guitar. I like DiMarzio pickups alot. Kind of amazing how high you can play on the neck. I know the guitar is made to do that, but it's still pretty remarkable.

Thanks for sharing it!  I enjoyed watching it. You looked pretty confidant in your "stage presence".  

I just have to ask ............ what's the stealth beer?      You got me curious? 

Have you ever tried Shiner Bock?  I go all out and usually drink one on Friday and sometimes (when I am really cutting loose), I may have a 2nd beer on Sat. with dinner.

Yeah, it's a great guitar and it plays like butter

24 frets, so there's lot of room up top to get around

I think there are 6 different types in the holiday pack

Mostly dark porters and Stouts and a Chocolate Bock
