I swear at first, I thought you (the drummer?) were wearing a welding mask and hitting your head with the drum stick because of the camera angle.

Is that propane tank?

I played drums in Crust back in the day.  I've been demoted to guitar for this band.    The green canister is actually an old freon tank.  I did have a propane tank in the drum set but them thangs are about a $30.00 deposit.  There's a pair of car springs and a manhole cover hanging from the rack (our definition of heavy metal).  The creaking sound is a garage door spring.  The bass player is using my Kelsey Bass preamp and I'm using a heavily modded Valco (ok Montgomery Wards) amp.  I built most everything.
