Marshall tube socket wiring

Being a nube I thought it would be a simple swap to change tube sockets on this 1992 Marshall 900 Dual Reverb 4500 mod 50W head.
I keep blowing fuses and know there's something wrong. I've researched hundreds of schematics and found the most helpful was a common picture, but still blowing fuses
Any suggestions?

Why did you change the sockets? Was it blowing fuses before you changed sockets?
