One Tube Reverb Signal Input
« on: August 11, 2012, 07:21:51 pm »
I see there are two ways in which the dwell & reverb pots can be connected for signal input for Marshall amp reverb

Method #1 is using a 220K at the voltage divider and to the grid input before the tonestack and taping in on each side of the 220K resistor

Method #2 is coming off the PI cap with a 100K-220K resistor and tapping in on each side of it and wired to the treble pot wiper

Is there a prefered choice here among which method is used or better?

Which method would cause the EQ to be interactive with the reverb? Method #2 ?
