Flashing 7 color LED

Hi,

Having pushed aside repairs on tube stuff, I am working on a project for my daughters.

We are making LED illuminated Hula Hoops, using opaque tubing lit with LED's.
I was planning on putting together a flasher ckt using some old 555's I had when I saw this flashing 7 color device and was wondering if anyone here has a source for it, other than Radio Shack, need about 60 units. (RS cost 2.69 ea)

You may find something that will work for you at really cheap prices

Hey Doug, do you use PayPal for your dealings with DE?  Just wondering.  I am always leery of giving out my credit card info to anyone, much less somebody in China.

Thanks for the China connection info, I too have been buying from China, on my test bench I have a Weston AC meter and a Weston Iron Vane current meter on my mains/variac.
As my vision is not what it used to be, I was going to build an LCD volt and current meter, to compliment the analog meters. Then one day I came across one on ebay from China. I had it in about ten days from date of purchase (paypal).
The unit was really nice quality and had calibration pots on the board. The voltage cal is <1% and the current from about 100 ma to 5 amps is just about dead on.
Now I can just glance up from my work and see my line current.

I think I paid $16.90 including shipping! Couldn't build it for that.
