Interesting dilemna ! JTM 45 related

Just built and fired up a jtm 45.. sounds great. Forgot to attach b+ to v2b, the tone stack side. no plate voltage connected and amp works and sounds great.  ??? I guess this is a realm that would be explained further in some sort of electronics school. is it that the plate voltage from v2a going to the grid of v2b is simply passing thru ? tone stack seems to work as normal..

Something like that. The tube's grid and cathode are just acting like a forward biased diode.

hhmmm thanks  so what am I loosing out on, voltage? I havent checked it and compared yet. amp sounds great. jtm 45 with tube rect and kt66, yummy. .

Put a switch to connect and disconnect the B+

300 plus right there ???  ultimately ill just hook it up right but i though it was quite interesting.  me and my bonehead mistakes create some cool situations.
