Add Effects loop to Doug's AB763 board
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Can I add an Effects Loop to Doug's AB763 board I have in my Fender Twin 65 reissue (was a reissue, now it is the amp I built, with all of your help of course) I want to preserve that direct tone and not lose it by going thru all of my pedals first! Thanks!

I have been thinking of changing the tremolo circuit into a buffered effects loop. It would use both halves of the tremolo tube. I don't have a schematic yet, but I am looking. Any help??

I don't know of any schematics, but would love one. What about what Doug has on the H-50 in his amp section, would it be similar I wonder? Would this loop you are speaking of, using the trem. circuit, be just an in and out to go through your outboard effects?

  FX LOOP SCHEMATIC
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go to www.schematicheaven.com, click the link for rumble amps and look at the Dumbleator schematic. That's about the best circut for a buffered series effects loop I've seen, It will allow you to run stomp boxes in your Effects loop
