Front Panel Express help

I re-posted here in response to a suggestion. I know a lot of you use front panel express and I'm wondering how I can import a simple clip art design into my panel. I read the help menu but I'm not really computer savy and it didn't help me. Appreciate some help in layman terms... thanks fg
