Just about ready to wire up the controls and input jacks

I have the pots, switches and jacks mounted on the outside of my chassis ready to wire.  I have seen a picture of running the ground buss along the back of the pots  (the one I found mounts the pots on a jig).  However, I cannot find a picture that includes the input jacks and the bright switches. 

Is it possible to run the ground buss as one long straight wire or do I need to leave slack and loop it around the switches and jacks a little?  Or should I have two harnesses?

I would appreciate it if someone could post a picture of their controls.

These pics are from my revibe build.

My tinned 14AWG buss floats about 1/4" above the pots. I prefer this method to soldering to the back of the pots for two reasons, (1) no heat damage to the pots, and (2) replacing a pot is not complicated. I do solder the buss directly to the input jack ground lug. Short 22AWG wires connect pot ground lugs to the buss. Notice that I did solder a jumper from the buss to the back of the tone pot but that was simply to physically tie the tone pot to the buss. Now that all pots and jacks are physically attached to the buss, the entire assembly can be treated as one unit, and easily flipped to the inside of the chassis later.

I use thin brass sheet metal like all Fender blackface . This plate is between pots and chassis front pannel .

Brass plate give always a good ground countact and you can easely solder a wire from this plate to the chassis ground . No need to solder to any pots

Avalaible for cheap at any hobby store
