reworkin a Sluckey

I started building a preamp for my quad S.E., was gonna be a 2 channel tube/transistor.
Got the tube section completed, The transistor side had lots of gremlins so I gutted the project then found Steve’s Rocky build.  I shamelessly copied it since I was already using 6sn7’s.  Re-drew it as a S.E. amp but I still wanted a pre-amp so I added a drive pot and line out.  Was wondering if any kind folk can see anything inherently bad with my mods?

Update:  I changed my schematic to the correct one, the previous was the pre-lim.  debugged the tone stack, scoped it with 480mV in and got like 26v out at the pre-amp jack!  dialed the drive to 4v, plugged the preamp into the quad, plugged a guitar into the preamp in and made sounds that I think will work really nice for someone that can play!
For that I need to load it all up n head 3hrs south so my kid can run it through it's paces.  The PA section will have to wait til edcor can melt down enough old pennies to make the OT.

This is a great sounding old woody amp. I loved the one i built several years ago. I want to build another but can find the time right now. With the addition of a raw pot it is amazing to me/
