I started a 18 watt Stout build today to nail down the parts list/BOM and build info

I am using these parts
The new Stout Chassis
18 Watt Heyboer Tranny set
125C3A Choke
Hoffman Stout Turret board

Got all the major parts mounted and wired except the board and parts on the front panel
