Yeah, I would agree. The butcher block wood, wrong "V" measurements, cheap wiggle stick with that type of bridge will be impossible to use, cheap single coil with a name brand bucker. What does the head stock look like?  I'll bet it weighs a ton!

Sorry I'm on my mobile and didn't swipe over to see the headstock. Yeah the bar for the string retainer looks 60's Japanese to me. I'll bet open gear tuners too. Homemade.

We'll I was hoping to string you guys along a little longer but you made me right off the bat! Couldn't get any more mileage out of ya :dontknow: Your both right as it is 60's Japanese parts and poorly home made body. This was my first and only attempt to build a guitar back in the 70's out of a scraped Japanese hollow body.
