Source for a Princeton Reverb Cabinet?
« on: September 09, 2015, 12:43:11 pm »
Hey Guys,

In the words of Clint Eastwood " Every man has got to know his limitations." And I know mine when it comes to cabinet building.

My background is in electronics and computers. No problem there. But, when it comes to woodworking I'm a complete klutz. That's why I'm looking to buy a cabinet for my Hoffman Clone Princeton Reverb build with cutout for a 12" speaker.

Can anyone direct me to a builder that sells these? I would be interested in everything from a parts kit that I can assemble, glue, and drill myself, to a fully assembled and finished cabinet covered in black tolex.

Not interested in pressed particle board, only solid wood.

Thank you,

Cliff

I was once tested for patience. The results were negative.

Here's one...

Hoffman may be able to get you a price break on the Mojo cab. Send him a pm.

There are several current discussions about PRs. Check those threads for info on the cabs those guys used.

A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

Thanks, but I finally decided to order from Peter Mather in Virginia Beach, VA. He makes some very nice stuff.

I will post photos of my build as it all comes together.
