I make that same mistake every few years. Glad you have it working! Your voltages are fine.
I just ordered the same 325-0-325 power transformer.  I expect to see right at 400 B+ on my power tube plates.
Will let you know what i wind up with. Preamp and power tubes all draw a different amounts of current per manufacturer these days.

Yes please let me know.
Thanks,
Steve

Well I must start off by saying thanks to all! I am by no means an expert after 10 builds. It was the second jack. The second jack was switched.    :worthy1: HBP, good eyes! ...

I was just thinking, "what makes an amp sound weak even when wired correctly?" I mean, you'd gone over everything, and there were no obvious mistakes in the pics. And then you re-did all components... Then the jacks occurred to me, because I've had the same issue in old Fender amps when I plug the speaker into the wrong jack (the "External Speaker" when nothing is plugged into the main speaker jack).

I'm glad I helped get it sorted out! Enjoy the new amp!!

I have to say, with a sheepish look on my face, that my voltage issues were caused by my current limiter. I measured all my voltages plugged into the limiter and tried to bias that way as well. It turns out that was incorrect.

I did have to adjust the bias range resistor to 2k in order to get the range I wanted.

Here are the new voltages:
V1- 12AX7 P1:174.7VDC, P3:1.37VDC, P6:209VDC, P8:1.90VDC
V2 - 12AX7 P1:176VDC, P3:1.37VDC, P6:340VDC, P8:178.5VDC
V3 - 12AX7 P1:248VDC, P3:52.8VDC, P6:225VDC, P8:52.8VDC
V4 - 6L6GC P3:443VDC, P4:442VDC, P5:-51.9VDC, P8:27.9mV VDC
V5 - 6L6GC P3:442VDC, P4:442VDC, P5:-51.9VDC, P8:31mV VDC
V6 - 5AR4 P2:444VDC, P4:344AC, P6:344AC, P8:444VDC

These seem to be more in line with what I expected. The amp sounds really good. I did go against some advice about placement of the master volume, but I don't seem to have suffered any from it. To my ears it sounds ok. My son, who has much better hearing and skill on a guitar, agrees that the noise from the position of the PPIMV is negligible.

Steve
Thanks,
Steve

My concern with the placement is the potential for oscillation when you crank the amp; what I was looking at is high signal-level going into the master volume, right next to low signal-level at the input jacks. If you've tested it with the normal volume(s) at max and don't get oscillation, you're probably fine.
