Really nice job on that tune.  I like the full bodied tone that guitar has.

However, I gotta tell you Lay Lady Lay ranks right up there as the worst song every recorded in the history of music.   Oh man, I can only take Dylan for about 15 seconds.   Like I always say, the best thing to happen to Dylan was Jimi and the best thing to happen to the Beatles was George and Spooky Tooth.
