Doug, not sure if you're keen on giving up your secret sauce, but the layout diagram's you've done always look incredible.  Are you using Visio?  If so, can you share the templates you're using for them?  I'd love it :).  If its not visio, what is it?

Doug uses Visio. I gave him my collection of custom shapes. Then he modified some to suit his tastes. My shapes are on my website.
