There is a A - B - A+B toggle switch ??

Exist a toggle switch that can do A - B - A+B connections ?

or the only way is a rotary switch ?

Do you mean select A, or select B, or select A+B three position toggle? If so, yes, the C&K 7211 does exactly that. You can find them on eBay or through the big suppliers such as DigiKey or Mouser. Look at page 2 of this pdf to see how I'm using the 7211...

arranged in one other way I discovered it can be used for 3 inputs 1 output (or 1 input 3 outputs)

On this side of the pond (and specifilally here) is not to easy to find a C&K 7211

however in Germany I can find some ON-ON-ON switch that are similar to the 7211 (also in dimensions)

Doing the search I've find an interesting ON-ON-ON product that is rated 10A 400V AC

I think this can be usable also for B+ switch if someone want to implement some "special" features on the amp
