Gretting from Indonesia,

I'm currently building a analog tube tester, a schematic from knight 600 tester, but I've no experience to understand how it works.
Some of the parts I've just gathered, the thing I don't familiar is the transformer, how many mA in lower group (0-30-100-250V)?  I believe the upper group is for the filament. I read in other tube tester topic, for bias max 5-10mA, and for B+ 200mA max, I think in this case the bias and B+ merges in one group. CMIIW

I'm hoping to learn from people in the forum to solve my problem.
