Building a 40+ watt Chip amp using spare parts and a nice pcb

I started this project long ago when I wanted to add a second amp to a vintage Tel Ray SS guitar chassis I found.  Like so many early SS amps, the sound/tone is very nice but the power is too low. So I searched around and found a website that sells pcbs that sorta, from what I read, copied the design of a hifi stereo amp that hit the market and drove the hifi crowd wild. So I picked up the set from Chipamp.com and it comes with two amp boards and one power supply board. 2 amp brds for stereo applications. I didn't want to build a stereo rig so I built just one for mono guitar apps. The one problem with this build is finding the right power transformer that the chips like to see. But I found an old organ amp that I picked up for a song. I didn't really have a use for it so I measured the PT B+ and it has a nice, steady 25vdc after the rectifier. So, a little chopping and drilling and the end result is a strong, clean SS mono amp that I have been testing with some preamp/booster/overdrive pedals running straight into the Chip amp. The best so far is a clone of an early Boss pedal labeled the FA-1. I built that pedal a few yrs back using a pcb from Aion Elec. website and couldn't believe the gain it has. So much gain that it was not really usable straight into a good tube amp. But it is the bees knees for this chip amp. Power up the wazoo and lots of clean headroom. Couldn't be happier.

Sound files please !

"sound files plz"  I wish it were easy for me to do that. I need to have someone help me figure out how best to record them? I have a good usb mic and a decent HP laptop but I'm not sure how to record. I loaded a digital recording program but it seems too difficult to understand. I need a really simple software prgm to load that I don't have to be real tech savvy to use. I figured out how to record music files to Sound Cloud website but I can't figure out how to share the files to other sites like this one. Any suggestions out there?

I have an idea. I should have thunk this a little earlier. I can load some sound onto Sound Cloud and then simply post the link. Easy

Hello amigos; In response to a request for "sound clips" I have just uploaded about 3 mins. worth to my Soundclloud.com acct. Here is the link but if you get lost for some reason, my handle on the "Cloud" is Bluegeek1.  When you reach the end of the demo you have to hit pause or stop or it will just keep playing other downloads of mine.  Bingo!

post script: I am adding a few pics of the FA-1 'stompbox' I purchased from Aion Electronics. The name of the pcb is not called  FA-1 at Aion but called the "Prism"
