Millenuim Bypass working backwards
« on: May 14, 2018, 02:42:10 pm »
Hey guys !

I got this pedal done and working, then when stomping the bypass switch I've noticed the LED working reversed, when pedal is off the LED is ON !!!!  Checked all connections on the Millenium bypass and all check good, also I have noticed when the pedal is off and the volume control is rolled all the way to zero the LED light increase!!

Follow the pedal and Millenium Bypass layout:

How does she sound I'm guessing it's a tube screamer variant I love my I think it's called a ts9 turbo it's a deeper green and it has four buttons and one of them has four settings...I did the removable chip mod and farted around with the diodes and LEDs and the 808 mod I just wish I could change the settings effortlessly I tried putting a large  knob on it and even gluing something onto the knob so I could twist it with my foot but that just ultimately resulted in me bending the shaft of the pot...

As it is I've always got two and sometimes three tube screamers on my board along with Sonic distortion purple Plexi and mutant variants...

When I get back to Pedal building I think the first thing I'm going to make is an electro-harmonix fuzz like a Rams Head or whatever

Oh hi there sorry for the late reply, didn't look into it since my last post.

How does she sound ?

This pedal sounds pretty good, I like it a lot, specially the led+diode set!

purple Plexi

I got this one too, a bit too fizzy or hissy, not sure what the best word to describe, but does a nice punch on the solos, and combined with the HBE, it does a nice sustain, not as much as I want thou, I'll get there eventually!!
