To put a12" E mi in my SF Prineton I had to grind away a bit of the speaker frame to clear the OT.  That might not be the way with a JBL.  Maybe make an experimental baffle board to see if there's a way to situate the speaker and orient the speaker frame for a good fit.

The Marsh PR cab is available with a 10" or 12" baffle. But will your speaker provide clearance for the chassis? An easy way to find out is to remove the baffle from the PR cab. Cut a blank baffle and install in the PR cab. Now put your JBL in the cab and move it around on the baffle until you have proper clearance between the speaker and the chassis. When satisfied, mark the outline of the speaker on the baffle. Remove the baffle and cut the appropriate size hole centered in the outline you marked. Install grill clothe and and permanently install baffle in the PR cab.

You may get lucky and find the JBL will fit over the existing 10" hole. I don't know but I would be surprised if this is the case.
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

Also, I'd consider recessing the speaker rim into the front of the baffle board.

Look for a JBL D123
A great sounding speaker and only 3.5" deep
Originally a hifi speaker they are Harvey Gearst's (Who designed many of the D series JBLS) favourite speaker for guitar.
I have a couple and they sound really great
A conservative 25 watt rating and lighter than a D120
I've used them in Deluxe reverb builds.
