Ok, here's the thing. Randomly running choke wires over an unpopulated section of board won't in itself cause noise, that's where my answer came from.
Without any other info (that you haven't given), that's all there is.

Use a big marker and write on your wall, NEVER mix High current wires with low current wires.
Or something like;
I need to read about inductive coupling between wires

And the choke question was just an "in general"... if there is such a thing as that, in this world.

I think of this as ‘avoid bringing the powerful transmitters too close to any sensitive receivers’.
Maintaining a reasonable degree of separation between them will avoid problems (and kludgy solutions) down the road

If it's in the preamp keep it away from the power supply and PA section.

I didn't look up the math and I'm hot and sore, but I think it's a distance squared thing
